It is the month where our Ibadah are accepted and rewarded by the amount known only to Allah, the Most High. Also accepts and responds to our Du’a we ask with sincerity and hope. So let us beseech and invoke Allah, the only one who hears and responds to us. Let us free our hearts from sins and evil. Sins that stem from pride, arrogance, and our lowly desires. Let us fast and soften our hearts with the recitation of the Qu’ran and humbly obeying its commands.
Certainly, anyone who fails get the mercy and benevolence of Allah in this month is a total loser.
While fasting, we will remember the hunger and thirst in the Day of Qiyamat. Let us feed the poor and the needy. So does Allah removes our hardship on the day of recompense.
Let us feel pity for those who are young and be kind towards our relatives and kinsmen. Let us respect the elders and treat them with dignity and honor.
Let us guard your tongues against words that do not please Allah, eyes from such scenes that Allah does not want us to see and ears from such things that he does not wants us to hear.
Let us be kind to orphans. Because the Prophet was extremely kind to them. Let us feed them and show them that we care for them.
Let us invoke Allah to forgive our sins. He is Most Forgiving. Let us raise our hands during Solat (Prayers), as it is the best time for asking His mercy. Let us also ask Him for his favors in Sajadah in Qiyam (Tahajjud), during the last part of the night where Our Lord descents (in a manner that befits Him) and ever looking for us to turn unto him for everything and anything we need. When we invoke Him at such times, we are answered by Him, when we call Him, He responds, and when we ask for anything, it is accepted by Him.
Messenger of Allah once said that if any person arranges for the ‘Iftar’ (food for the ending of the fast) of any believer, then Allah will give him a reward as if he has set free a slave. He will forgive his minor sins. Then the companions of the Prophet (SAW) said: “But everybody amongst us does not have the means to do so?” The Prophet told them: – Keep yourself away from the Fire of Hell, by inviting for ‘Iftar’, though it may consist of only half a date or simply with water if you have nothing else. So let us help the poor and need of our brethren for Ifthar.
He SAW further said that if anybody who in this month may take light work from his servants (male or female), Allah will make easy his accounting on the Day of Judgment.
Anybody, who respects and treats an orphan with kindness in this month, Allah shall look at him with dignity in Qiyamat.
Anybody who treats well his kinsmen, in this month, Allah will bestow His mercy on him in Qiyamat,
Whoever offers ‘Sunnat’ (Recommended) prayers in this month, Allah will give him a certificate of freedom from Hell. Whosoever offers one ‘Wajib’ Salat in this month, for him the Angels will write the rewards of 70 such prayers, which were offered by him in any other months.
Whosoever recites repeatedly ‘Solat and salam’ on me, Allah will keep the scales of his deeds heavy, when in Qiyamat the scales of others will be tending towards lightness.
Whosoever recites in this month only one ‘Ayat’ (verse of the Holy Qur’an), he will be rewarded in a manner as if he had recited the full Qur’an in the other months.
Let us all do the maximum in this month and earn the reward from Allah. A reward which will be truly immense. Bring our brother, sister and family to gather around, to seek the real rewards which will increase the chance to enter Jannah. "...And it is better for you that ye fast, if ye only knew." (Q 2:184).. Ramadan Kareem
