When Messenger of Allah sighted the moon of Rajab, he used to pray to Allah in the following words: O Allah, make the months of Rajab and Sya’ban blessed for us, and let us reach the month of Ramadan. He use to thought us to remember this du'a at a month of nearly Ramadan. (i.e. prolong our life up to Ramadan, so that we may benefit from its merits and blessings).
Ramadan, the waiting months
Alhamdulillah, we are in the end of Sya'ban which is a prelude to Ramadan, month of Rasulullah SAW and the month of Mercy. Ramadan holds a high status to be best of all months. The special months that gifted to the people of Muhammad SAW. Its days are the best among all days; its nights the best among all nights. Its hours are the best among the hours. May Allah make us one of those chosen ones for this month of Mercy!
It is the month where our
Ibadah are accepted and rewarded by the amount known only to Allah, the Most High. Also accepts and responds to our Du’a we ask with sincerity and hope. So let us beseech and invoke Allah, the only one who hears and responds to us. Let us free our hearts from sins and evil. Sins that stem from pride, arrogance, and our lowly desires. Let us fast and soften our hearts with the recitation of the Qu’ran and humbly obeying its commands.
Certainly, anyone who fails get the mercy and benevolence of Allah in this month is a total loser.
While fasting, we will remember the hunger and thirst in the Day of Qiyamat. Let us feed the poor and the needy. So does Allah removes our hardship on the day of recompense.
